PDCAサイクルと地域連携～機能評価の項目を用いた改善活動

<a href="https://confit-sfs.atlas.jp/customer/ajha61/photo/HFC1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="https://confit-sfs.atlas.jp/customer/ajha61/photo/HFC1.jpg" alt="photo/HFC1.jpg" width="30%"/></a> 　当委員会は全日病学会で毎年委員会企画を行ってきた。今年は学会のテーマに沿い、表記の主題とした。 　会員病院の約32％が日本医療機能評価機構の機能評価認定を取得していますが、当委員会では更なる取得率向上を目指して活動している。今回の学会では機能評価でS 評価（特に良いと認められた評価）を取得した部門の代表の方に演者となって頂く。まさに病院のプライドをかけ、いかにしてS 評価を勝ち取ったか、そこに至る努力はどういたものなのか、十分語って頂く。栄養部門、薬剤部門、地域連携部門、リハビリ部門、事務部門といった、機能評価ではどちらかというと地味な部門の方に演者になって頂く。その後フロア、機能評価委員を交え意見交換を行おうと考えている。 　会員病院の皆様には大いに参考になると考えている。
