This study focuses on Exception Measures of Land Use Adjustment in Development Permission System and Exclude from Area of the Land for Agricultural Use by Act on Strengthening a Framework for Regional Growth and Development by Promoting Regional Economy Advancement Projects. We clarify the following.
1) The Exception Measures of this Act is used by same logic as Land Use Plan for Revitalization of Farming Village, 2) Master Plan of Land Use Plan is formulated after decided development by Exception Measures of this Act, 3) The development by Exception Measures of this Act impacts operations of Urban Facility Location Plan System.
