○Haya Al-Joudi(Department of Neurosciences, Neuropsychology Section, King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, Saudi Arabia)
There is emerging evidence in the literature supporting, to varying extent, different nonpharmacological treatment for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). This session will review metaanalyses and systematic reviews on this topic. These include randomized controlled trials, blind studies, and healthy control comparisons. A brief description of each intervention will precede the review. Finally the presentation will conclude with evidence-based recommendations that could be provided to patients and parents in the process of treatment decision-making.
