血栓閉鎖型大動脈解離stanford Aとの鑑別を要した、oozing ruptureを合併した急性側壁心筋梗塞症例

PCIのメリットを最大限に生かせるのは、ACSに対する治療時である。しかしACSは患者背景や病変形態が多岐にわたり、治療方針の選択に悩む症例もしばしば経験する。ACSの特性から時間外や夜間休日に経験の少ない若手中心に緊急で対応せざるを得ない症例も多く、本セッションで難渋した症例または興味深い症例の背景や治療方針を共有することで今後の治療に生かすことを目指す。
