HFrEF治療急性期におけるCTO含む高度石灰化LMT分岐部病変への治療戦略

分岐部病変は依然として治療が難しい複雑病変の一つとされるが、その中でも左冠動脈主幹分岐部の治療は最も複雑であり、治療が難しい部位と言える。今回、左冠動脈主幹分岐部の中でも、最も治療法が苦慮されるMedina(111)、(011)のtrue bifurcation lesion、および回旋枝側のみに病変を有するMedina (001)に対してPCIを行った症例を公募し、その治療法の是非について議論します。
