高度石灰化病変に対するPCIは、デバイスの進歩した現在においても課題が残された領域です。昨今では石灰化病変に対するデバルキングデバイスが増え、より幅広い知識やテクニックが必要となってきました。難渋した石灰病変の症例提示を行ないながら、エキスパート達と議論し、石灰化治療における選択肢や知識、経験の共有を行います。
