右冠動脈起始部の再狭窄を繰り返すステント内calcified nodule lesionに対してDCAを施行した一例

DESをはじめとした各種deviceの発展とともに、PCIの治療成績は大きく向上し、PCIは習熟期を迎えているとも言われています。ただ、そのような洗練されたdeviceを使用してもなお、再狭窄・再治療を必要とする症例は存在します。本セッションでは、治療に難渋する繰り返すステント再狭窄症例を公募し、その治療法と治療結果を共有することで、明日からの臨床につながるセッションを目指します。
