認知症の発症リスク低減を社会実装する際の課題：プライマリ・ヘルス・ケアの視点から

認知症は多因子疾患であるため、生活習慣病や生活習慣などの因子に加えて、脳画像などのバイオマーカーを含めた包括的な検討が重要である。様々な危険因子が同定されるなか、脳小血管病を含む血管障害は生活習慣の是正などを通じてそのリスクを最小限化できうる因子といえる。多くの研究を通じて同定された危険因子を学ぶだけでなく、その社会実装における課題を明らかにすることは重要である。本シンポジウムでは、認知症の疫学研究や臨床研究などで得られた血管障害と認知症との関係だけでなく、日本人において認知症の発症リスクを修飾しうる危険因子を社会実装する際の課題を学び、認知症に伴う医療・経済的負担軽減の具現化を目指したい。
