神経変性性認知症の病態と脳内ネットワーク

ヒトの認知機能において未解決の問題、例えば複数の高次脳機能が同時に働く理由、各種高次脳機能がピークとなる年齢が異なる理由、脳萎縮にもかかわらず健常加齢において認知機能が保持される理由、軽度認知機能障害においてreverterやconverterが生ずる理由などを考える場合、静的なモジュール構造の直線的な破綻から各種現象を説明することは困難で、動的な複数のモジュール構造をネットワークと捉え、そのダイナミックな変化を理解することが大切となる。本シンポジウムでは、病理、病的タンパク質、機能的ならびに解剖学的MRIという異なるモダリティの観点から認知症の脳内ネットワーク研究の現在地を整理してみたい。
