This study presents a new technique of recording information into 3-D printed objects with resin blended with magnetic material. The main body of the test sample was fabricated from normal PLA resin, and the fine structure inside the main body was fabricated from PLA resin blended with magnetic material. A two heads fused deposition modeling 3-D printer was used to fabricate the test sample with one sequence of fabrication. After fabrication, the fine structure was magnetized with permanent magnet, and the magnetism of the fine structure was measured with a tesla meter. The results demonstrated the feasibility of the technique.
