[EI1-03]Enhancement of Electrochemiluminescence by using electron transfer between different bandgaps

In this presentation, I will present about electrochemiluminescence (ECL) element which is expected to develop as a next generation self-luminous element which can be easily produced at low cost. ECL is a luminescence phenomenon based on the generation of an electrochemical excited state in a redox active compound. In this study, we found yellow ECL enhancement based on photophysical and electrochemical interaction between molecules in electrolyte containing plural acene derivatives and discuss its mechanism.
