MicroLED commercialization faces two main challenges. Firstly, the red LED has low efficiency and high wavelength shift at small sizes. Secondly, transferring RGB color microLED is costly due to limited yield and high repair time. Quantum Dot Color Conversion (QDCC) addresses these challenges with high conversion efficiency and fast response.
