The performance of inverters used in gate drivers is an important factor in realizing high-performance displays. In this study, we fabricated and evaluated the three types of inverters using amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide thin-film transistors with a dual-gate structure. A bootstrap inverter with five TFTs showed a maximum output voltage equal to the supply voltage and a short rise time.
