Strategies to Prevent a Typical Mura During Cell Fabrication from Material Adjustment and Process Improvement

<em>Poor uniformity of TFT-LCD alignment will lead to drop mura, resulting in a decrease in panel quality. In this paper, the formation mechanism of drop mura was analyzed based on materials and manufacturing process. Finally, we solved this problem by designing the PI additive and adjusting the LC droplet parameters.</em>
