Lifetime Improvement in Tandem OLED Devices

In this paper, we report a lifetime improvement way in the tandem OLED by thin Yb inter-layer insertion in the charge generation layer. This method resulted in about 23% lifetime enhancement (@LT<sub>95</sub>) due to n-dopant diffusion protection of n-doped electron transport layer
