Developing High-Performance p-Type Oxide TFTs and CMOS Integrated Circuits

The integration of high-performance p-type oxide TFTs is crucial for next-generation flexible and scalable electronics. However, the limited electrical performance and instability have hindered their application. In my presentation, I will discuss recent progress in developing p-type oxide TFTs and CMOS circuits, with a focus on our latest advances in amorphous tellurium oxide (Te-TeO<sub>x</sub>).
