糖尿病をもつ就労者のセルフケア支援～看護外来での実践を通して～

【企画趣旨】<BR>第27回日本糖尿病教育・看護学会学術集会は、「VUCAの時代に改めて問うセルフケア支援」をメインテーマとして開催いたします。その中で、変動が大きく複雑なVUCAの時代に、糖尿病を持って働くには、就労と治療の両立においていかに折り合いをつけて継続するかが大切です。そして、そのためには日々の生活の積み重ねの中で患者のセルフケアのみならず、それを支える医療者や就労先の糖尿病に対する理解などが重要になってきます。<BR>　本シンポジウムでは、就労している糖尿病患者のセルフケア支援について考えていきたいと思います。異なる職種の方々から、日々実践されているセルフケア支援についてご紹介いただき、就労している糖尿病患者の皆さまが、糖尿病と共に歩むために私達ができることを探求したいと考えます。
