RRSの持続可能性を高め、スケールアップさせるための実装戦略

In-Hospital Cardiac ArrestI：IHCA（院内心停止）によると心停止に陥ってからの介入では予後が不良であることがわかっている。<br />急変の前兆を的確に捉え、重篤有害事象となる前に医師の診察や対応が求められる。医師に報告するまでの過程を短縮し、適切な対応を行うためにRRTやCCOTを導入する施設も少なくない。いくつかの報告では、RRTおよびCCOTによる一定の成果は報告されているが、最も必要な臨床看護師のボトムアップは未だ課題が残っている。令和５年度診療報酬改定にもとづいてRRSを導入した施設は多くあるが、組織の構築にもさまざまである。本セッションでは、RRSおよびRRTの構築に係る困難である項目や課題を個々の演者に報告いただき臨床看護師のボトムアップを目指す教育についても討論いただきたい。
