新型コロナウイルスパンデミック時の経験から考える救急外来・初療室における救急看護師の役割と課題

2019年に発生したCOVID-19は、世界的なパンデミックにより一般市民はもちろん医療従事者にも恐怖を与えた。病院や診療所における診療制限は、国民の生活にも影響を及ぼした。外来診療の環境は、一般診療とは区別し、発熱外来には多くの医療器材や人材を必要とした。これらの環境は、多くの学術団体からガイドラインが公開されたが、ほとんどの施設が個別の対応を余儀なくされた。感染症のトリアージ、感染症患者の初期治療を整えることは急務であったが、傷病者の情報の整理と情報処理、行政への届け出は、救急医療に従事する医療従事者、看護師の労働環境や生活にも影響を与えた。我々が経験し、構築してきたことをまとめ、今後に備えることが重要であると捉え本セッションを企画させていただいた。
