救急外来におけるタスクシフト・シェアを考える -診療看護師の立場から考察する-

2040年にピークを迎える超高齢化社会を前に、医療人材の不足が懸念されており、限りある資源を有効に活用すべくタスク・シフト/シェアが推進されている。医師の働き方改革や救急救命士法改正、特定行為研修・診療看護師の養成などを背景に、救急領域においてもタスク・シフト/シェアは加速している。しかし、タスク・シフト/シェアの詳細は各施設に委ねられており、様々な課題を抱えたまま進行していることから、医療の質については明らかではない。<br /> 本シンポジウムでは、救急医療現場においてタスク・シフト/シェアが進む中、看護師の専門性をどのように活かすことでよりよい救急医療へと繋がるのか、また推進する上での課題についてどのように多職種で取り組むことで、医療の質向上に繋がるのかについて明らかにしたい。
