多職種・多施設連携システム「さどひまわりネット」　～構成と運用、PHRへの課題～

EHR, PHRに関しては世界中で多くの取り組みがされており、日本でも精力的に取り組まれている地域がある。しかし、まだまだ課題も抱えて運用しているのが現状と思われる。またEHR, PHRそれぞれのスタートは別であったかもしれないが、その両者を上手に利用するという取り組みもみられるようになってきている。この企画ではEHR, PHRに取り組まれている代表的な機関の先生方と共に、現在EHR、PHRとしてどのようなことが出来ており、どのような点が不足しているのか。今後さらにこのようなことを考え、克服していく必要があるのかという課題について議論し整理していければと考えている。
