治験領域におけるDX「バーチャル治験／Location flexible trials」への期待と現状

医療DXは糖尿病、高血圧など生活習慣病対策として予防、つまり未病の段階からの介入が患者の重症化を避け医療費の削減が期待された。具体的には技術革新が進む通信とスマートフォンを使ったモバイルによると言える。日本では2018年から保険収載が認められ、コロナ禍で急速に広がったオンライン診療が中心になっている。海外ではHorizon2020に見るようなmobile HealthとInteroperabilityに重点が置かれている。オンライン診療ではYaDocが症状やモニター情報を収集され、あじさいネットや電子カルテとの連携も進められており、武藤真祐先生にご講演をお願いした。次に、continuous monitoring and timely intervention の介入として、禁煙のデジタル治療で保険収載が決まったCureAppの佐竹昇太先生にデジタル治療のご講演を頂く。最後に治験領域のDXとして「Location flexible trials」について草間 亮一先生にご講演をお願いした。「これから始まる医療D X」について皆様と将来像が語られたらと期待する。
