In recent years, the skills required in the pharmaceutical and bioanalysis industry have become increasingly diverse, and career development has become a major issue for each bioanalyst. This program will explore what is currently expected of a bioanalyst by your company, the industry, and society, and provide hints for your future career development. This program will consist of two presentations followed by a panel discussion. The panel discussion will address various views on career of bioanalysts with four panelists and the audience.
