[1048]ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTS OF RUBBER PARTICLES ON COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH AND RHEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF CONCRETE
Rui TANG1, Yu QIU1, Tetsuya KOUNO1(1.Toyama Daigaku)
This study investigated the key factors influencing the compressive strength of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete (RuC). Findings reveal that the rubber replacement rate has a more pronounced impact on compressive strength than the size of the rubber particles. Additionally, this study examines the effects of rubber particle size and dosage on the rheological properties of freshly cast RuC, highlighting the adverse effects of rubber particles compared with typical aggregates.
