To Participants of 16JEES (Notes)

Those who do not register in advance will be asked to pay the participation fee on site. The reception desk is expected to be crowded in the morning of the first day. Presenting authors are advised to arrive at the venue well in advance. The reception desk will open at 8:30 on the first day.
All participants must carry their participation certificate holders with them while in the venue. If you do not have it with you, symposium staff will ask you for it.
