[B11]Catalytic cracking of VGO using ZSM-5-containing micro-meso hierarchical catalysts prepared by gel skeletal reinforcement

ゲル骨格補強法を用いてZSM-5含有ミクロ-メソ階層構造触媒を調製し、CPP法を用いてVGOの接触分解を試みた。βおよびYゼオライトを用いた触媒では、三層階層構造触媒にすることにより、転化率の向上が観察されたが、ZSM-5では三層とすることによる転化率の向上は観察されなかった。しかし、ZSM-5ゼオライトを用いた触媒では、p-キシレン選択率の向上が観察された。βおよびYゼオライトを用いた触媒同様にZSM-5含有触媒でも階層構造を形成することによりゼオライト含有量あたりの活性である相対活性が向上した。
