Pt-loaded crystalline Zr3SO9 catalyst shows an outstanding catalytic performance for the isomerization of n-butane. In the present study, we investigated the state of this catalyst by various characterization technics. Pt particle strongly interacted with the Zr3SO9 support, forming quite a small particle at the edge of the plate-shaped crystal.
