We have developed an educational resource of Si solar cell fabrication by simplified process. In this study, we fabricated and evaluated Si solar cell by further simplified fabrication process. As a result, the Si solar cell indicated similar energy conversion efficiency compared with a Si solar cell fabricated by our conventional simplified process.
