The electronic states at the interface of materials allows us to understand the factors of pinning of domain wall movement which is a key to comprehending magnetic properties. We performed first-principles calculation of fcc Nd-Fe alloys with a small amount of O atoms added as impurities. Therefore, for the purpose of determining the structure of the grain-boundary phase in the Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet.
