In electrochemical simulation, the dissolution of metal or deposition on the metal surface by electrochemical reaction needs to be included. It is significant to pursuit the large shape change of metal surface, so that the calculation method of shape change has been one of the components of the numerical analysis model of electrochemical phenomena. In this study, the numerical analysis of electroplating and corrosion by the Level-Set method is performed by using COMSOL Multiphysics. The computational efficiency of the Level-Set method is examined.
