A signaling array probe consists of a pair of a fluorescent molecule modified probe and a quencher molecule modified probe. The two probes are partially bound to complementary sequences and immobilized on the substrate in a closed state. It is quenched in the closed state. When the target DNA is hybridized, quenching is released and fluorescence is detected. In this report, we modified donor and acceptor fluorescent molecules into probes. We confirmed that the energy of the donor in the closed state was transferred to the acceptor, and acceptor fluorescence could be detected. Then, we have positively detected the intensity of acceptor fluorescence, and examined the improvement of the quantitative accuracy by correcting the intensity of donor fluorescence.
