The cause of ovrestimation phenmenon of the moon near the horizon is usknown.Based on hypotheses of the authors, we try to elucidate the cause of the enlarging phenoenon of the moon. Experimental results were obtained which correspond strongly to the perspective of the foreground . This experimental result supports the hypothesis of the authors.
