In a technique called bio-logging, devices are attached to animals for investigating the behavior, physiology and ecology. In this study, we propose a small and low-power logging device with a 9-axis sensor and a memory, which can operate for a long time with low power consumption.
In the measurement, the current consumptions are 135 μA and 6.57mA during sleep-mode and full-operation mode, respectively.
