Recently, protein structure analysis is one of the important work processes in pharmaceutical research. The major method of this structural analysis is to crystallize the protein and perform crystal structural analysis using X-rays. However, many methods for producing single crystals of proteins are currently expensive. For example, 1. A method that uses a precise and expensive device such as laser irradiation. 2. A method that takes a long time to crystallize, such as a sitting drop method and a hanging drop method. Therefore, in this research, in order to remove these facilities and time costs, I set the end point to making single crystals of protein using An Electro Dynamic Balance that was previously known to be capable of producing single crystals of fine particle size. As the first step of the experiment, I conducted an experiment to make an amino acid single crystal using an electrodynamic balance.
