The wavy motion and asymmetrical structure in which a large number of artificial cilia are arranged are attracting attention because they may have a transport effect even in the low Reynolds number region where the viscous force is dominant. In this talk, we will propose a new electric field type artificial cilia with an asymmetric structure and report the results of evaluating its performance.
