In university education, the environment for computer science in the AI technology is being improved, however, engineers who want to use IoT / AI technology in their production activities in companies are worried about finding the method they need from a wide range of academic fields.
In such an environment, the Semiconductor Equipment Association of Japan (SEAJ) conducted activities to provide an environment suitable for acquiring basic knowledge in order to serve as a guideline for engineers who are trying to introduce the technology in the field of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
