In order to provide better medical infrastructure, we set a goal to reduce the size of the entire measurement system while meeting the market expectations of short time and high sensitivity. To chieve the goal, we have been developing a compact measuring device of 18 cm square and a dedicated CD size reagent cartridges. We will report on various measures to reduce the size of the entire measurement system, including microfluidic technology, and the performance evaluation results of the prototype cartridge.
