Generally, bridges are single-piece construction, so the temperature distribution may be biased depending on the direction of solar radiation. At the time of bearing design, however, no special consideration was given to solar radiation. Therefore, in this study, the measurement of the temperature and solar radiation of the bridge body for the bridge where the solar surface and the non-solar surface are generated due to the plan layout of the bridge. The effect of solar radiation on the bridge body temperature was clarified from the data obtained from the measurements.
