Corrosion progressed in the vertical members, and it became necessary to replace them with new members. In order to replace the vertical member, it is necessary to temporarily remove the vertical member. Ensure structural stability during construction. Know the axial force of action in advance. The generated stress equivalent to that of the existing member is re-transferred to the new member. These were the problems. By this method, we were able to work in a state where stability was ensured. By measuring the strain, it was confirmed that the same load as before the replacement was re-transferred to the replaced member.
