TRAINING PROGRAM OF TECHNICAL TEACHER IN THE FIELD OF INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE (THE DEMONSTRATION COURSE IN 2021)

Infrastructure Maintenance Educational Center (iMec), National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Maizuru College, developed the training program, for training technical teachers, as leaders not only in recurrent education, but also in human resource development and technology inheritance in the construction industry. In the demonstration course in 2021, 15 excellent technical teachers were trained and the high educational effect of the program was confirmed.
