Japan has a shortage of IT human resources, and this situation is expected to worsen in the future. Against this background, the shift of internal IT personal through reskilling has been attracting attention as a method of IT personal procurement for organizations to promote DX. The purpose of this study was to clarify the implementation processes and effects of reskilling by practicing reskilling for one non-IT personal within the Facility Management organization. As a result of the practice of reskilling, three processes and three effects were identified. In addition, we evaluated the duration, time, and cost of reskilling using general indicators.
