Infrastructure Maintenance Educational Center (iMec), National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), Maizuru College, have the training program, for training technical teachers, as leaders not only in recurrent education, but also in human resource development and technology inheritance in the construction industry. In the 2022 academic year, six students completed the practical teacher development training program, and realized the improvement in the verbal and visual communication skills required of practical teachers. A total of 21 people, including 15 who completed the course in 2021, were awarded the title of “Technical Teacher of Civil Engineering”.
