The importance of passing on technology through the training of young engineers has been emphasized, and there have been many attempts to educate engineers. In a company that specializes in steel bridges, for example, for several years, section chiefs and department heads have been serving as in-house instructors to educate young engineers up to their 10th year, focusing mainly on the technical operations of their respective sections. In addition, in-house lecturers often had to teach technical skills to new employees. In order to overcome these issues, we planned, verified, and verified an in-house training program for young engineers by external lecturers.
