Since the COVID-19 disaster has spread, the learning style of civil engineers has rapidly spread to the online learning style. Three years have passed, and while face-to-face communication has increased, the number of situations that benefit from online communication tools has also increased. In September 2022, the JSCE Technology Promotion Organization held a research discussion on how to learn in the "post-corona" era. Prior to that, from June to August 2022, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the learning of civil engineers, and attempted to understand the actual situation of civil engineers regarding the situation of face-to-face and online learning. This report summarizes these issues.
