With the progress of digitalization, the demand for science and engineering management human resources is increasing, but their competencies and educational issues have been seen during the course of career development. So we serveyed the graduate school in western universities to detect the educational formula, which mede us propose the new educational model to develop the senior engineers at managerial positions in the international collaboration and Academia-Industry collaboration framework in Asia.
