抽出における物質移動現象と理論を結びつけた授業を展開するために，抽出挙動と抽出中の吸光度変化を並行して観察，確認できる単一液滴抽出装置を考案，試作した．色素を抽出対象物質としてその性能を評価したところ，本装置は目的を達成できると示唆された．
