ICUでリハビリテーションを進めるうえでの多職種との連携

今回の学術集会のサブタイトルに、「マルチプロフェッショナルの心・技・知を集めて！」とあるように各職種がひとつになって患者に向き合うチーム医療が求められている。各職種ともそれぞれの立場で得意とする分野、こだわり、苦手な部分があって当然である。その中でチームとなるには情報を共有し、お互いを尊重して意見を言える環境、他の職種から学べる環境であることなどが大切であると考える。それぞれの職種の立場から集中治療室での役割、業務内容、他の職種との関わりなどを述べていただくことで、お互いの立ち位置を認識したい。その上でチーム医療の強化のためにはどのように職種間で連携を促進していくか、何が必要であるかをこのパネルディスカッションで討論したい。さらに今後の集中治療の場でチーム医療として医療の質の向上に活かされることを望む。
