[2-14]Performance evaluation of an automatic internal loading machine with improved loading capacity

By measuring the stiffness of pipes in agricultural conduits, proper conduit maintenance can be expected. The internal loading method is a method for measuring pipe rigidity, and we have developed and improved an automatic pipe rigidity measuring machine suitable for on-site measurement. In the past, satisfactory results were not obtained due to insufficient torque and insufficient rigidity of the main unit. However, by replacing the gear motor and other improvements, optimum torque, loading speed, etc. can be obtained, and stable and highly linear measurement is now possible.
