Safety use of MR Equipment for MR examination of MR conditional device

【ねらいと概要（Aims & Scope）】 　2012年に条件付きMRI対応ペースメーカが発売されて以来、数多くの能動型の条件付きMRI対応植込み型医療デバイスが世の中に輩出され、臨床においてもペースメーカなどを植込んだ患者のMRI検査に接する機会が増えている。臨床現場では適応の有無を正しく判断し、実施条件や施設基準に則って検査が施行されていると思うが、発売以来5年が経過し、被検者に障害を与えた事例が公に報告されていないこともあって、安全管理に対する認識が希薄化しているようにも思える。 　このシンポジウムでは、能動型の条件付きMRI対応植込み型医療デバイスを植込んだ被検者のMRI検査を実施するにあたって、知っておくべき知識と技術について、「MRIから受ける物理作用」「IEC規格と装置に備えられた安全管理システム」「医療デバイス提供メーカの安全使用のための取組み」そして「臨床現場での安全管理の実際」について情報を提供し、改めてこれらの医療デバイスを植込んだ被検者の安全なMRI検査について啓発できればと考える。
