核医学画像におけるSUV（standardized uptake value）の定量値は、腫瘍への放射能集積の簡易指標として診断と治療効果の評価に役立つが、機器と撮像法や計算法の影響を受けるほか、患者の状態の影響と放射能集積の再現性の問題もある。そこで、骨SPECTとFDG-PETを対象に、SUVの定量性を検討している技師と臨床利用に取り組む医師から、その有用性および課題と対策について講演していただく。
